Set and uphold best practices for Windows desktop development, emphasizing code structure, performance, memory management, responsive UI, compatibility across Windows 10/11+, and maintainability. Drive accessibility by integrating and validating support for APIs like Microsoft UI Automation. Ensure UI controls, focus management, keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, and usability for people with disabilities.
