Your Future Team
As a vital member of our Product Development Department, you will join one of our three embedded teams, collaborating with a Product Owner, Tech Lead, Project Manager, and Embedded Developers. Together, you will work on abstract protocols and modules, striving to create a robust and interchangeable software platform for our Building Automation solutions.
Your workplace is situated in the heart of the greenhouse capital of the world, “Het Westland,” between Rotterdam and The Hague, where our company was founded in the 1950s as a family-run business.

Why You Are Important to Us
In your role as an End-to-End QA Engineer, you will ensure our next-generation Building Automation system meets our customers' needs. You will lead and implement a testing strategy focused on real-world value, encompassing a product line that integrates embedded software, hardware interfaces, network communication, and cloud services. Collaborating with the QA Lead, you will shape the system-level QA strategy and introduce processes to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality. Your efforts will be crucial in validating the system's performance in real customer scenarios.
Your Responsibilities
Collaborate with domain experts and development teams to identify system-level testing requirements for new functionalities and existing coverage gaps.
Document the identified needs into comprehensive test plans utilizing a risk-based approach.
Execute the testing plan, determining what should be automated and what should remain manual.
Keep stakeholders updated on execution plans and results.
Develop and maintain end-to-end test suites that ensure mission-critical functionality.
