Your role in transforming the workplace
We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join the AI Research & Experience team, contributing to the development of AI Coach - Culture Amp's intelligent AI system that integrates survey insights, performance management, and interpersonal dynamics to provide tailored support for organizations, teams, and individuals at scale.
Your work will bridge the gap between applied AI research and product engineering, implementing state-of-the-art techniques into production systems that truly enhance workplace experiences. This is not just a research position; you will deliver features that address real customer challenges.
Your Responsibilities
- Stay abreast of current research, literature, and service offerings.
- Design, implement, and assess features of our multi-agent platform and systems using advanced frameworks (e.g., LangGraph) for dynamic, multi-turn coaching interactions.
- Guide the creation and orchestration of data pipelines that consolidate fragmented workplace data (such as surveys, goals, performance reviews, feedback, and 1-1 notes) into a cohesive coaching context.
- Convert customer requirements into technical solutions by working backward from user needs to system design, producing technical documentation to facilitate understanding and technical transfer.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and people science teams to ensure the developed features meet user needs and adhere to existing product expectations.
