How You Can Contribute to a Better World of Work

We are on the lookout for a Senior Engineer to join our AI Research & Experience team. You will play a key role in developing AI Coach, Culture Amp's intelligent AI system that integrates survey insights, performance management, and interpersonal dynamics to provide personalized support to organizations, teams, and individuals at scale.

Your work will bridge the gap between applied AI research and product engineering, converting advanced techniques into functional systems that significantly enhance workplace experiences. This role is not confined to a research lab; you will be delivering features that address real customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay informed about the latest research, literature, and provider offerings.
  • Design, implement, and assess features of our multi-agent platform and systems using modern frameworks (e.g., LangGraph) for stateful, multi-turn coaching conversations.
  • Assist in building and coordinating data pipelines that integrate fragmented workplace data (surveys, goals, performance reviews, feedback, one-on-one notes) to provide cohesive coaching context.
  • Translate user requirements into technical solutions, working backwards from user needs to system design, while creating technical documentation to foster literacy, technical transfer, and engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and people science teams to ensure that the developed features meet their intended purpose and align with existing product expectations.
