About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a highly proficient Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our product and development teams while providing essential support to our sales efforts in the U. S. A primary focus will be your expertise in existing features, debugging, and implementing complex, scalable, and fault-tolerant backend solutions tailored for our clients.
As a Senior Engineer, you will engage directly with customers to comprehend their proof-of-concept (POC), deployment, and product-related challenges, providing solutions as necessary. You will also collaborate with our engineering teams in India and product teams to address these challenges effectively.
Your contributions will be crucial in shaping team projects, delivering large-scale solutions to intricate problems, and making a strategic impact during U. S. hours. Additionally, you will play a significant role in fostering the growth of fellow engineers through mentorship and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Software Development: Understand and enhance the existing product offerings, assist with POCs, support sales efforts, and ensure customers receive timely assistance during U. S. hours.
- Backend Services: Possess a strong understanding of backend services that integrate with and ingest data from various on-premises data centers and cloud service providers.
- Technical Ownership: Assume full responsibility for technical solutions, ensuring system scalability and meeting high customer demands.
- Performance & Innovation: Identify and address software stack bottlenecks while continuously driving product innovation.
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship, facilitating team growth and empowering individuals to become effective coaches.
- Strategic Influence: Contribute to the strategic direction of projects and initiatives.
