The Canvas Logic and Execution (CLX) team oversees the entire lifecycle of Canvas, our premier product for marketing automation workflows. As a mission-critical system operating at high scale and performance, Canvas manages billions of asynchronous jobs using a global infrastructure across multiple cloud providers.
We are in search of a proactive and experienced Engineering Manager to lead the CLX team. This pivotal role involves continually enhancing our platform based on user feedback and strategically expanding its functionalities to support increasingly complex and personalized real-time workflows at an unprecedented scale.
As the Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and sustaining top-tier systems by contributing to the architecture, development, and optimization of our product. You will drive your team’s success by defining efficient processes, fostering professional growth among engineers, and collaborating closely with the Product Management team.
