Your Role

As a Senior Engineering Project Manager, you will be instrumental in launching new designs and products within our manufacturing plant. Your leadership will span from concept development to full-scale production, guiding cross-functional teams to achieve flawless execution, timely delivery, and operational excellence. Your skills in project management, process engineering, and manufacturing readiness will be pivotal in driving the success of our product launches and the expansion of our business. Given our rapid growth, this role offers the potential to evolve into overseeing several medium-sized projects and/or products as business demands dictate.
In a fast-paced, hands-on setting, you will work closely with design and manufacturing engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations teams. As a trusted leader, you will foster collaboration, tackle complex challenges, and ensure every product launch adheres to cost, quality, and scheduling targets. This position requires onsite presence.
