Responsibilities:Drive and finalize complex, high-value enterprise Outpost (ALPR) deals as a quota-carrying Senior Account Executive. Manage end-to-end sales cycles with Fortune 500 and large enterprise clients, engaging with executive stakeholders to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions. Act as the Outpost product expert, providing engaging demonstrations and articulating value propositions related to ROI, operational benefits, and customer success. Develop precise solution scopes, pricing structures, and proposals encompassing hardware, software, services, and deployments. Formulate and implement strategic account and territory plans in alignment with Axon’s enterprise go-to-market strategy. Facilitate partner-led initiatives with Value Added Resellers (VARs), systems integrators, and commercial partners. Navigate complexities in technical, commercial, and organizational aspects to mitigate risks and expedite deal closures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perpetually refine best practices and enhance the Outpost customer experience. Work alongside Enterprise leadership to establish repeatable operational frameworks.

Your Role and Impact

In the position of Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Outpost, you will be responsible for managing and closing intricate, high-value opportunities in the Outpost vertical across various enterprise sectors including retail, healthcare, private security, casinos, critical infrastructure, logistics, and rail environments.

As a quota-carrying sales leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Axon’s enterprise strategy, creating effective sales processes, and expanding our Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) solutions beyond traditional public safety applications.

You will be the primary owner of enterprise Outpost opportunities, serving as a trusted expert on our products and solutions, demonstrating how Outpost's hardware, software, and workflows can yield substantial ROI, operational improvements, and mission success at scale.
