Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Define the target enterprise architecture aligned with the bank's strategy, identifying gaps and mitigation plans. Evaluate the current architecture against the desired state across Business, Applications, Data, Infrastructure, and Information Security domains. Lead the implementation of IT Governance and Enterprise Architecture practices in architecture committees and projects. Coordinate and execute iterations of the TOGAF ADM, ensuring traceability and strategic alignment. Define technological standards, their validity, and scope within the organization. Build roadmaps with planning, dependencies, and initiatives for technological evolution. Translate strategic objectives into metrics and KPIs, measuring IT service performance and communicating plans and initiatives to various business stakeholders. Requirements:Over 5 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect in complex organizations. Proven experience applying Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF is mandatory). Solid knowledge in IT Governance (ITIL, COBIT). Experience in IT strategic planning (PETIC) and IT plan management. Experience in the banking or financial system. Proficiency in architecture modeling tools (ArchiMate, Hopex). Knowledge of cloud services and digital environment management. Intermediate level of English.
