The Role
As a Senior Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will be instrumental in creating a robust sales pipeline for the EMEA market by identifying and connecting with decision-makers in fintechs and banks. Your responsibilities will include conducting cold calls, executing personalized outreach, performing in-depth research on prospects, and arranging meetings for our sales team.
This is a dynamic startup environment rather than a corporate setting. You will collaborate with a global team across various time zones.
You will have direct access to the founders and influence how our go-to-market strategy evolves.
Flexibility is key, and you may occasionally need to work evenings or weekends. The pace is fast, and the expectations are high. Resilience is crucial as you will encounter frequent rejections and must persistently pursue opportunities.
We seek individuals who thrive under pressure and can adapt to the business's demands without the constraints of a traditional 9–5 schedule.
Who We're Looking For
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a B2B SaaS Sales Development Representative
Proven experience in prospecting or qualifying enterprise accounts, particularly organizations with over 1,000 employees
Solid understanding of the fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure sectors, gained directly or through closely related roles
Willingness to travel regularly throughout Europe
