Extensive expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. Strong grasp of data model design, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing. Proven history of deploying production-grade code at scale. Experience in integrating Salesforce with RESTful APIs and internal services. Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Role Overview

The Enterprise Engineering Team seeks a Senior Enterprise Salesforce Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. This hands-on role works closely with Sales Operations, Product, and Legal, focusing on scalable solutions that improve revenue efficiency and user experience. The position addresses complex business needs using Apex, automation tools, and Salesforce best practices.

What You Will Do

  • Lead technical design and oversee the full development cycle within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Architect and build scalable, reusable Apex components and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Design and manage integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms.
  • Drive automation across the opportunity lifecycle, sales processes, and approval workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to turn business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
  • Review and maintain best practices for security, governor limits, and test coverage.
  • Lead technical projects during sprint cycles and mentor junior engineers.
  • Promote high code quality through peer reviews and CI/CD processes.
