Key Responsibilities:Briefing and Pitching: Collaborate with the Account Director and client to define project briefs and prepare pitches and proposals. Advise on optimal delivery formats as needed. Engage confidently in face-to-face pitches for new business opportunities. Work closely with clients (up to C-Suite) to clarify and translate their brand messages through various media including presentations, videos, animations, infographics, and print materials. Ensure high-quality project management and timely delivery of projects. Assist the wider team in understanding the client perspective to foster a client-focused culture. Maintain ISO9001 compliance for project processes and streamline operations for effectiveness.
