Your Role
As a Senior Exam Developer at Examenservices, you will be the guiding force for our complex development projects. You will oversee content quality and ensure that examination products with high stakes are accurate and reliable. You'll monitor quality standards, make informed decisions, and serve as the primary point of contact for colleagues, the foundation, and other stakeholders. Combining your knowledge of assessment and examination with your organizational skills, you will prioritize tasks and ensure a smooth process.
- You will translate our clients' annual plans, mbo examination foundations across various sectors, into clear, prioritized development assignments that are actionable for everyone involved.
- You will manage timelines, budgets, capacity, and risks effectively.
- You will provide structure, maintain oversight, and translate strategic goals into executable assignments, ensuring projects not only start well but are also completed on time.
- Mentoring (junior) developers will be a key aspect of your role. You will leverage your experience and expertise to help colleagues learn, take bold steps, and continually improve in their professions.
- Alongside other senior developers and examination advisors, you will work towards a shared vision for examination. In your discussions, you will set the course, address quality issues, and translate strategic decisions into clear directions for exam development, where your voice will carry significant weight.
