Qualifications

Who You Are3-4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Social Commerce, or as an E-commerce Enabler. Experience collaborating with KOLs, KOCs, artists, talent managers, agencies, or brands. In-depth understanding of TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, and/or Shopee affiliate ecosystems is essential. Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and achieving performance targets. Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese, with strong relationship-building capabilities. Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet revenue-driven KPIs.

The Senior Executive, Creator Growth at AdAsia Holdings focuses on expanding and supporting a network of high-potential creators in Ho Chi Minh City. This role centers on e-commerce monetization and building scalable content strategies within the AnyMind network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creator Growth and Monetization
    • Increase Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and revenue by incubating creators and driving brand monetization efforts. Oversee the P&L for affiliate campaigns.
    • Develop and execute plans to recruit high-converting creators (KOCs) at scale, ensuring campaigns have the right mix of talent for each client.
    • Analyze campaign data daily, including orders, average order value (AOV), GMV, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Replace underperforming creators and focus resources on those delivering strong results.
    • Grow and manage communities of micro and mid-tier affiliate creators to support brand client needs and platform strategies.
  • Creator Engagement and Operational Excellence
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and brand clients to increase creators' commercial value and ensure campaigns align with client goals.
    • Coordinate smoothly with internal teams across regions and functions, including D2C, business development, and account management.
    • Support strategic partnerships with platforms such as TikTok, Meta, and Shopee. Contribute to new revenue initiatives, including branded creator intellectual property (IP).
