Role Summary and Impact
As a member of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will collaborate with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver impactful solutions in a multicultural setting. We are seeking a Senior Executive - Programmatic who will:
- Establish strong relationships with counterparts in WPP GOC’s regional teams (Europe, U. S., Asia).
- Guide the training and development of your local programmatic team.
- Promote DV360 and TrueView best practices with an emphasis on platform expertise, consistency, and high-quality work delivery.
- Ensure consistent output quality for WPP GOC regional teams.
- Act as a point of escalation for team challenges and take ownership in resolving them.
- Provide career development and mentorship for team members.
- Directly manage 2-5 reports, with up to 10 indirect reports.
- Deliver timely, constructive feedback to support team growth and recognize achievements.
- Assist in capacity planning and resource management for the team.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
