We are on the lookout for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to spearhead and expand our field marketing initiatives.
About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will oversee Exa's most impactful in-person marketing programs throughout the year. This includes orchestrating multi-city roadshows, hosting executive dinners, curating exclusive experiences, and representing Exa at select third-party conferences.
Working closely with the Sales team, you'll be instrumental in generating new business leads and accelerating revenue through high-quality marketing initiatives.
This is a revenue-focused role where you will be accountable for quantifiable pipeline outcomes, moving beyond mere registrations and impressions.
Your adaptability in cross-functional environments will enable you to transform ideas into repeatable, high-return programs.
What You Will Do
Lead Exa’s Roadshow Strategy
Develop and implement multi-city roadshows tailored to priority accounts and sectors.
Determine positioning, audience strategy, and content tracks.
Create playbooks and templates for consistent execution.
Set up a measurement framework to evaluate pipeline generation, influenced revenue, meetings scheduled and completed, and deal acceleration.
Continuously enhance programs based on performance metrics and qualitative feedback.
Collaborate Closely with Sales
Act as the dedicated field marketing liaison for Sales leadership and Account Executives.
Work with Sales and Sales Development Representatives to curate invite lists and align on account strategies.
Provide on-site support and ensure diligent follow-up after events.
Manage executive dinners and curated experiences that foster significant engagement.
Assess and Execute Strategic Events
Investigate and recommend participation in high-value industry events.
