JOB RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure tool uptime and oversee the effective installation and resolution of hardware issues. Create, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of technical information utilized by internal and external stakeholders. Develop innovative global technology systems that foster improved customer relationships. Facilitate efficient and consistent customer follow-ups through effective communication channels. Enhance customer experience through continuous improvement in team dynamics, hardware, software, and support tools. Lead new product installations and subsequent hardware advancements. Oversee new evaluations and ensure project success. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Willingness to travel as needed. REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline. Demonstrated success in fostering collaborative partnerships with clients and internal teams. Aptitude for thriving in a team environment under tight deadlines.

POSITION SUMMARY

ASM is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to join our CVD/EPI/PEALD/Furnace business unit. You will be an essential part of a team providing on-site support and troubleshooting for our clients.
