Key Responsibilities:
· Execute expert-level troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, including identifying root causes of equipment failures, dismantling devices for repairs, and replacing faulty parts to ensure optimal functionality.
· Source necessary parts and supplies, evaluating alternatives to enhance cost-effectiveness and reliability.
· Perform maintenance independently, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
· Collaborate with customer teams to enhance maintenance protocols and ensure high reliability.
· Set up and operate various machining tools such as lathes, drill presses, and grinders, and perform welding tasks as needed.
· Adhere to safety standards and customer conduct codes while maintaining a clean work environment.
· Document all maintenance activities, observations, and equipment performance data in service reports and management systems.
· Mentor junior technicians and provide leadership within project teams, contributing to training and development initiatives.
· Analyze complex control systems and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
· Utilize advanced maintenance technologies to gather performance data and identify trends, making informed recommendations.
· Participate in ongoing training and self-development to advance career skills.
· Follow all safety-related policies and guidelines, maintaining situational awareness and addressing unsafe conditions.
