About the Role
We are in search of a dynamic Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team at Pleo. This role presents a unique opportunity to influence investment strategies through insightful financial analysis and to drive financial results by setting clear targets and supporting daily operations. What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the main Finance Business Partner for the Product and R&D divisions.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and business case formulation for Product and R&D projects.
- Work closely with Product Managers to assess ROI, prioritize roadmaps, and evaluate performance metrics.
- Convert complex financial insights into actionable strategies for cross-functional teams.
- Assist in monthly and quarterly business reviews by providing clear financial narratives.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Strategy, or Consulting.
- Demonstrable experience supporting a Product or R&D function in a Fintech or SaaS environment.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and comfort with uncertainty.
- Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders clearly and confidently.
- Experience in fast-paced environments.
