About the job

Your responsibilities will include establishing finance processes such as collection accounting, controls, disbursement of payments to sellers, budgeting/planning, marketing spend management, and financial reporting and analysis, ensuring compliance with statutory audits.

Design and implement efficient payment processes for marketplace sellers, lead the collection and sales accounting team, and drive strategies for the company's payment-related product offerings, including wallets and loyalty cards, ensuring they are tax-efficient and compliant.

You will ensure the integrity of the company's finances while being prepared for audits and compliance checks, working with technology and product teams to provide insights for building robust accounting platforms and internal finance control systems.

Additionally, monitor the operating and financial performance of the business, tracking cash flow and supply chain costs regularly. Set up systems for evaluating business performance across various parameters including operating margin, net margin, and ROI across different business dimensions.

Assist in budgeting/planning for operational needs, cash flows, and working capital management while collaborating with the SCM team to develop a cost-effective supply chain network.
