The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to drive our managed growth through robust forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting. In this pivotal role, you will transform detailed data and insights into clear, actionable perspectives that guide go-to-market (GTM) decisions. You will collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing to support GTM execution, enhance visibility into performance, and ensure effective resource allocation. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, inquisitive professional who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and contributes to data-driven decision-making.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver timely and accurate analyses on GTM and revenue performance to facilitate swift decision-making in a dynamic growth environment.
- Own key forecasting and reporting inputs, including revenue forecasts, pipeline coverage, bookings, headcount, and operating expense tracking.
- Analyze core SaaS GTM metrics (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, ACV, rep productivity, CAC, LTV, churn, and expansion) to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain scalable financial models for scenario planning, capacity modeling, pricing analysis, and investment prioritization.
- Develop and continuously enhance dashboards and standardized reporting to boost visibility, accountability, and operational rigor across teams.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and strategic initiatives aimed at driving efficient growth.
