Your Role Will Involve:
Financial Analysis & Market Intelligence:
- Creating and maintaining advanced financial underwriting models for commercial real estate activities including development, acquisition, and disposition.
- Analyzing P&L statements and rent rolls to support valuation and investment strategies.
- Managing databases that track investment sales activities, construction pipelines, and other pertinent real estate metrics.
- Reviewing industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic/demographic trends to inform market positioning.
- Assisting in the research, drafting, and editing of market intelligence for promotional materials.
- Preparing and presenting analysis results with clarity, incorporating charts and graphics.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to identify market intelligence needs.
- Occasionally presenting findings and analysis in client meetings.
Transaction Management & Operational Support:
- Facilitating the workflow of projects, documents, and communication between advisors and internal teams.
- Collecting information from advisors and departments to support the creation of marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.
- Launching listings and providing sustained support through the closing of escrow.
- Managing listing agreements and contracts.
