Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Oversee financial tracking and analysis for revenue-generating contracts, including Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M), and percentage complete structures. Develop and maintain detailed contract-level financial models, encompassing revenue, cost, and gross margin forecasts. Construct and manage Estimates at Completion (EACs) and Estimates to Complete (ETCs) across various programs. Collaborate closely with Program Managers to gain insights into execution status, identify risks, and establish key milestones. Analyze gross margin performance, pinpointing key factors such as labor utilization, material expenses, scope alterations, and rate variances. Convert contract performance data into detailed revenue and margin forecasts aligned with corporate FP&A processes. Work alongside Accounting on revenue recognition (including percentage complete), accruals, and month-end close processes. Engage with Contracts and Growth teams regarding contract structures, modifications, and the financial implications of scope adjustments. Prepare and present reports and variance analyses that combine financial and operational data into actionable insights. Identify risks and opportunities across programs, proactively recommending strategies to enhance financial performance. Develop scalable processes, dashboards, and tools to improve financial tracking and reporting.
