Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. This role will involve high-level financial analysis, modeling, and strategic planning. You will work closely with finance leadership, accounting, and technical teams to facilitate informed decision-making, assess investments, and support our long-term growth strategy. You will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and play a critical role in developing and leading the financial planning and analysis function at our rapidly growing firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of company valuation models and conduct related risk assessments.
- Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to collect assumptions, challenge inputs, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the company and key departments.
- Create, maintain, and enhance integrated financial models, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and capital expenditure projections.
- Analyze and monitor returns on significant investments and capital purchases, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Develop and assess various scenario analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Establish and track business performance metrics, including KPIs, profitability analysis, and trend evaluations.
- Work alongside the accounting team to facilitate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
