Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough searches and analyze documents to distinguish between responsive and non-responsive items, while identifying privileged or exempt documents.
- Redact and categorize responsive documents.
- Execute legal research and draft legal documents.

Qualifications:
- A paralegal certificate, Juris Doctor (JD), or current enrollment in an ABA-accredited law school with at least one year of coursework completed.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a litigation paralegal; trial experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Nuix Investigate, Relativity, or other eDiscovery and document review platforms is highly desirable.
- Experience in processing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
- Strong understanding of FOIA regulations and the ability to apply exemptions effectively.
- Fundamental legal knowledge, including legal citation and research skills using tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in various computer applications including word processing, databases, and spreadsheet software.
