Qualifications:- Paralegal certificate, Juris Doctor (JD), or enrollment in an ABA-accredited law school with at least one year of study.- Minimum of one year of litigation paralegal experience; trial experience preferred.- Familiarity with Nuix Investigate, Relativity, and similar eDiscovery tools is highly desired.- Experience with processing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.- Strong knowledge of FOIA rules and regulations, including exemption application.- Proficient in legal research tools (LEXIS, Westlaw) and able to perform legal citation checks.- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; proficient in various computer applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough searches and analyze document sets to distinguish between non-responsive and responsive documents, while screening for privileges and FOIA exemptions.
- Redact and code documents that are responsive.
- Execute detailed legal research.
- Draft various legal documents as required.

Qualifications:
- Possession of a paralegal certificate, Juris Doctor (JD), or currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school with at least one year of academic study completed.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a litigation paralegal; trial experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with eDiscovery tools such as Nuix Investigate, Relativity, and others is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in processing FOIA requests.
- Solid understanding of FOIA regulations and exemptions.
- Proficient in legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw, and possess strong legal citation skills for document review.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept in various computer applications, including document review, file management systems, and word processing.
