Senior Forward Deployment Engineering Consultant

The Senior Forward Deployment Engineering Consultant plays a crucial role in leading the development, deployment, and optimization of PagerDuty's innovative platform and AI-driven solutions tailored for enterprise clients.

This position demands a strong background in software development, architecture, and deployment, as well as a comprehensive understanding of AI integration practices and advanced development technologies.

The ideal candidate will oversee swift implementation projects, utilizing generative AI and automation to elevate customer outcomes from initial scoping and design through to production deployment and continuous service improvement.

Additionally, this role involves acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, including Support, Success, Engineering, Professional Services, and Education, ensuring that technical strategies align with business objectives.

Mentoring junior consultants, leading technical workshops on AI-driven solutions, and representing PagerDuty at external forums to promote modern development practices are also key responsibilities.
