Key Responsibilities:Design and implement leasing strategies that align with our infrastructure growth plan, overseeing the complete equipment leasing program and the decision-making framework for buy vs. lease. Act as the primary liaison for financing partners, managing and reviewing financing terms across lenders, supporting negotiations for new leases and refinancing options while recommending the most cost-effective structures. Oversee all aspects of the lease portfolio, maintaining comprehensive records, tracking key financial terms, and monitoring for variances and refinancing needs. Facilitate communication between Infrastructure, Engineering, and Procurement teams to ensure equipment needs are met throughout the procurement process. Manage the execution of new leases, ensuring all documentation is in order, validating contracts against vendor invoices, and coordinating funding with internal teams. Provide financial forecasting support, including generating lease schedules, cash flow projections, and contributing to budgeting and long-range planning. Establish and refine processes, including developing standard templates for tracking new leases and creating efficient workflows for contract approvals and payment tracking. Serve as the primary escalation point for all stakeholders, including internal teams and financing partners.
