Role Overview: Senior Fraud Investigations Analyst
ID.me is hiring a Senior Fraud Investigations Analyst to lead efforts in uncovering and responding to account takeover (ATO) incidents. This individual contributor role focuses on investigating large-scale fraud patterns and refining detection strategies.
The analyst will work with extensive datasets to identify organized fraud schemes and suggest improvements to detection systems. The position emphasizes trend analysis, developing new fraud signals, and making decisions based on data, rather than traditional case-by-case investigation.
This position is based in McLean, Virginia, and requires full-time in-office attendance.
