Take ownership of investigations from detection through resolution, providing comprehensive documentation and actionable recommendations. Identify weaknesses in detection logic and contribute to the continuous improvement of our fraud detection capabilities.

Role Overview: Senior Fraud Investigations Analyst

ID.me is hiring a Senior Fraud Investigations Analyst to lead efforts in uncovering and responding to account takeover (ATO) incidents. This individual contributor role focuses on investigating large-scale fraud patterns and refining detection strategies.
