As a Senior Full-stack Engineer (ReactJS focus), your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the technical design, integration, implementation, and transition of enterprise SaaS human services systems.
- Adopting a flexible architectural approach to enhance configurability across data creation, integrations, workflows, notifications, and data persistence.
- Analyzing integration requirements and formulating recommendations aligned with business goals, product roadmaps, solution architecture, and technical constraints.
- Contributing to the enhancement of our platform functionality using cutting-edge frameworks and tools while specifying and resolving API integrations within a multi-system ecosystem.
- Collaborating closely with client stakeholders, partners, product managers, creative designers, platform architects, and fellow software engineers.
- Continuously learning and utilizing advanced technologies.
- Implementing systems that effectively address the needs of vulnerable populations.
- Upholding the highest standards of security, extensibility, reusability, and testing in system architecture, software interfaces, components, data structures, and algorithms.
