Opportunity Overview:
We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our innovative team within the CTO Office. In this dynamic role, you will be part of a small, agile group dedicated to pioneering Eleos's next growth initiatives.
This position presents a startup-within-a-startup experience, where you will take early-stage ideas from conception to market validation, shaping what could become a major product line for the company.
As part of our team, you will create lean, production-ready prototypes that can evolve into scalable solutions, all while balancing speed with technical integrity. Our aim is to innovate swiftly without compromising on the quality of what matters.
Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with our R&D, Product, and Data teams to ensure your experiments align with Eleos's architectural principles and long-term vision.
Your Profile:
You are a builder at heart, passionate about transforming abstract ideas into functional products. You are versatile, comfortable navigating backend, frontend, data, DevOps, or QA roles as necessary to drive progress.
Thriving in uncertainty, you know when to pivot and focus on building robust solutions. You possess a keen understanding of making pragmatic trade-offs between speed to market and maintainability.
While you enjoy working independently, you also appreciate the value of alignment and collaboration with the broader engineering organization to ensure the sustainability of your contributions.
