The Role:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will report to the Engineering Manager and collaborate with a small team of engineers dedicated to creating and enhancing tools that support our Customer Experience (CX) team. You will engage closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and CX specialists to develop and refine solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
