Location: Fully Remote (Preference for Europe-friendly overlap; other time zones considered with sufficient overlap)
Employment Type: Full-Time/Contractor

Experience Required: 6-10 years, with a strong preference for candidates with a substantial background in open-source contributions.
Salary Range: €40,000 - €130,000
Reports to: Head of Software Engineering
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel for workshops or team events may be necessary.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and improving applications across OET, including product-grade web applications, dashboards, data tools, and internal platforms that facilitate modeling workflows and informed decision-making.

You will engage with all aspects of the technology stack: frontend, backend, and data layers, driving the development of new capabilities, modernizing existing systems, and enhancing reliability and developer productivity. Your work will encompass user-facing components (dashboards, reporting, results exploration), platform-facing elements (APIs, databases, automation), and integration tasks that transform modeling outputs into actionable applications.

This position demands a hands-on approach from an individual who is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions and enjoys constructing practical systems that others can rely on.
