About the Team:
The Personalization Squad is at the forefront of our web application’s technical direction, focusing on enhancing customer recommendations through advanced machine learning models. This role is pivotal, influencing our customers’ weekly interactions with over 300 menu items, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
The Role:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be integral to the Personalization Squad, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager. You will collaborate closely with a Product Manager and designer to shape product strategy, define objectives and key results (OKRs), and map out the development roadmap. Your role will also involve regular communication with senior management, providing updates on project status, risk assessments, and broader strategic initiatives.
