Qualifications
Your Responsibilities:Collaborate with public sector clients to define, gather feedback on, and implement solutions for complex challenges, including spending up to two weeks a month on-site for feedback and delivery. Design and architect production-grade applications that seamlessly integrate AI models with full-stack frameworks, overseeing everything from interactive user interfaces to backend APIs and systems. Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring the utmost levels of system integrity, security, scalability, and long-term reliability. Contribute to core platform features intended for reuse across a wide array of international client use cases. Work alongside design, product, and data teams to create robust applications that align with the overarching technical architecture. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline.5+ years of full-stack engineering experience post-graduation with demonstrated expertise in React (required), TypeScript, Next.js, Python, Node.js, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, as well as hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure/AWS/GCP. Proven capability to architect scalable, production-ready applications with a solid understanding of cloud environments and infrastructure health. Experience directly engaging with customer infrastructure to deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot complex, end-to-end solutions. A proactive approach with the technical maturity to navigate ambiguous requirements and deliver dependable software. Experience with asynchronous communication methodologies to minimize communication friction.
