We are seeking a talented Senior Fullstack Developer who can enhance our product, making it faster and easier to sell.
In this role, you will work closely with our CTO in a compact team where your contributions will have a direct impact on the product. You will analyze our codebase and product from the perspective of someone who values clean architecture and maintainable code. You will proactively identify and resolve issues, not just in response to tickets, but out of a deep understanding of how the system should function. Collaborating with the CTO, you will translate often contradictory customer feedback into a coherent product roadmap, prioritizing effective solutions over quick fixes. Your leadership will inspire other developers, fostering a culture of high standards through thorough code reviews, pair programming, and meticulous ticket management. You will also possess a keen eye for modern and intuitive design, as we aim to replace cumbersome legacy tools with a user-friendly interface that feels contemporary, fast, and straightforward to navigate.
You will know you are succeeding when our product becomes easier to sell, customer complaints decrease, and you consistently meet deadlines set by the CTO.
