ABOUT YOU:5+ years of experience in game design, preferably in iGaming, slots, or real-money gaming. Demonstrated success with released titles. Deep understanding of game mechanics, player motivation, and engagement loops. Experience utilizing KPIs related to retention, monetization, LTV, and conversion. Strong grasp of RTP, volatility models, and mathematically driven design principles. Proficient in writing clear and structured Game Design Documents (GDDs). Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Able to harmonize creativity with commercial goals. NICE TO HAVE:Experience in designing slot games or live casino products. Familiarity with regulated markets and certification processes. Experience with A/B testing and live game optimization. Basic knowledge of game engines (e.g., Unity).
