Role Overview:
With a focus on growth and scalability, we are thrilled to welcome accomplished Mathematicians to join our Game Development team. The selected candidate will collaborate with Product Owners and fellow Mathematicians, contributing significantly to our organizational objectives.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a game mathematician within the online gambling sector.
Proficiency in scripting languages, preferably TypeScript or JavaScript.
Strong grasp of essential programming paradigms.
Exceptional ability to tackle complex and abstract mathematical problems.
Meticulous attention to detail, with the capability to identify minor errors in mathematical models and rectify them.
Passion for slot games from both a developer's and player's perspective.
Aptitude for swiftly prototyping initial ideas.
Basic knowledge of HTTP client-server interactions.
Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
Driven by challenges and ambitious objectives.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Preferred Skills:
Strong mathematical intuition, creativity, and curiosity.
Perspective to analyze games from a player's viewpoint.
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira) and collaboration platforms (Confluence).
Responsibilities:
Craft innovative game mathematics and mechanics in partnership with Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
Refine game mathematics and mechanics, ensuring optimal product quality.
Conduct simulations of game math to assess alignment with desired outcomes and other games in our portfolio.
