About the Role

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role within our tech and product team, focusing on the design, development, and enhancement of AI-driven product experiences. This position transcends traditional research or pure backend roles, emphasizing applied AI systems in production with a keen focus on conversational quality, agent-based architectures, rapid iteration, and user trust. We are evolving from a multi-prompt architecture to multi-agent systems that facilitate meaningful conversations at scale.

Your collaboration with Product, Design, Backend Engineers, and Security will be crucial in translating product intentions into scalable and reliable AI systems. In addition to coding high-quality solutions, you will significantly influence how AI is employed across our platform, especially in sensitive mental health contexts.
