Your MissionAs a Senior Go-To-Market & Business Recruiter, you will take charge of the recruitment process that fuels our go-to-market engine and business teams. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to identify the talent that will shape our next growth phase. From sourcing and attracting top-tier talent to managing a streamlined, candidate-centric process from start to finish, you will be the catalyst for every pivotal hire outside of engineering. What You’ll DoCollaborate with hiring managers and GTM leaders to gain a deep understanding of role requirements, team dynamics, and the skills necessary for revenue growth. Manage full-cycle recruiting for business roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and G&A). Develop and maintain robust pipelines by proactively sourcing high-performing candidates and utilizing inbound channels. Conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through each stage with clarity and efficiency. Provide an outstanding candidate experience that embodies HockeyStack’s culture and values.
