Your Impact

As a Senior Go-To-Market Recruiter at Axon, you will manage the complete recruiting process for crucial sales roles that directly support our growth and mission. You will serve as a talent advisor, shaping job profiles, influencing hiring strategies, and developing scalable talent pipelines. Collaborate with ambitious sales leaders, operate with a sense of urgency and responsibility, and elevate the standards for excellence across our sales team. While recruiting is a team effort, accountability is essential, and you will have ample opportunity to lead.
