Your Responsibilities:
Identify and attract elite talent for our clients.
Employ a variety of advanced sourcing techniques to discover passive candidates, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn and other innovative strategies.
Work closely with one client at a time to immerse yourself in their culture, both socially and professionally.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to help them appreciate the value of effective talent acquisition practices.
Concentrate on recruiting outstanding individuals for Go-To-Market teams.
What We’re Looking For:
4-8 years of experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) and General & Administrative (G&A) recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 1 year of in-house recruitment experience is preferred.
Strong skills in stakeholder management, especially with senior-level stakeholders.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for engaging candidates and internal stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail.
