Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with external customer teams to develop games and production tools. Assist in project planning by evaluating, scoping, and breaking down tasks and timelines. Build strong relationships with Unity's internal development teams, providing customer feedback and verifying production for future Unity features and services. Efficiently address problems while effectively communicating and educating clients both remotely and on-site. Proactively pursue training to remain at the forefront of Unity Engine technology and game content creation. Conduct short-term consultations at customer sites, advising them on improving their projects. Desired QualificationsExperience across various game projects and platforms, not limited to Unity. Understanding of the technical challenges present in complex game development environments. Ability to adapt to diverse production environments and, when necessary, lead work streams in collaboration with clients. Strong teamwork skills, with the capacity to plan, coordinate, and communicate work intentions and progress to deliver results punctually amid typical game development challenges. A proactive mentor skilled in technical documentation and fostering interdepartmental collaboration.
