Qualifications and Experience• A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Quality Management, or Training and Development is required (a postgraduate qualification will be advantageous).• Must be a registered Assessor and Moderator with ETDP SETA.• A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in ETQA management or quality assurance within an accredited training provider is essential.• Demonstrable experience in managing SETA or QCTO accreditation, verification, and audit processes.• Strong understanding of NQF, QCTO frameworks, SAQA regulations, and Skills Development legislation is crucial.• Familiarity with blended and digital learning environments will be beneficial.
