Key ResponsibilitiesIn your role as Senior Group Product Manager, you will spearhead RTI’s product strategy while mentoring an expanding team of Product Managers. Your responsibilities will include:Lead through Empowerment: Enhance the capabilities of PMs, focusing on elevating the PM discipline and ensuring their individual roadmaps align with the overarching vision. Orchestrate the Product Truth: Oversee our 6-month planning cycles to establish a unified, traceable roadmap, balancing the needs of current customers with strategic growth into new markets. Drive Product Innovation: Serve as a player-coach for new product concepts, employing "vibe-coding" and rapid prototyping to validate ideas that could drive RTI’s next growth phase in Physical AI and autonomous systems. Own the Business Model: Work alongside executive leadership to refine pricing, licensing, and packaging strategies that maximize customer value and contribute to RTI’s growth. Bridge the Organization: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and the Executive Management Team, ensuring product alignment and reducing operational friction. Curate Market Intelligence: Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to refine RTI’s product direction.
