Your Role
We are on the lookout for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager who will spearhead our SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to propel measurable pipeline growth via organic and AI-driven channels.
This pivotal role reports directly to the VP of Growth Marketing and is dedicated to enhancing OneTrust's visibility, optimizing site performance, and converting search and AI insights into actionable content and web priorities, with a strong emphasis on driving business impact beyond mere traffic.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SEO / AEO / GEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement our global SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies.
- Identify and leverage high-impact opportunities that align with our target personas and key regions.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword, intent, and competitive analyses to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate across departments to maximize impact, including engineering for technical enhancements and PR/social for third-party citations.
Content Creation and Optimization
- Work closely with Content and Product Marketing teams to generate and enhance search-driven content, directly contributing to the creation and structuring of key pages.
- Utilize AI tools to expedite research, drafting, and on-page optimization while preserving our brand voice.
- Prioritize topics and updates that enhance visibility and attract qualified traffic.
- Continuously refine solution, persona, and resource content for both traditional and AI-enhanced search environments.
Measurement and Reporting
Support the establishment of metrics and reporting frameworks to track success and areas for improvement.
