Role Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Senior Sales Operations Manager who will serve as both a leader and hands-on contributor. This pivotal role will enhance sales performance, operational excellence, and alignment across the sales organization.
You will take charge of the operational core of sales, overseeing forecasting accuracy, pipeline assessments, performance evaluations, and governance of sales processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating insights, analyses, and reports that empower the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and leadership team to make swift, informed decisions.
This position is perfect for a candidate who can seamlessly transition between high-level strategic leadership and detailed execution, while instilling structure, accountability, and clarity within a growing sales function.
Team Dynamics
You will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and collaborate closely with the sales team, managing a group of four individuals in both sales and ticketing sales operations. Your leadership will ensure the sales team operates with purpose, focus, and discipline, turning goals into actionable plans and insights into results. You will act as a force multiplier for the Head of Revenue Operations and the CRO, playing a crucial role in driving predictable and scalable growth.
