Role Overview
The Senior Health Administrative Assistant in Lakewood, CO supports One Medical’s Senior Health member population (aged 65 and older). This role shapes the in-office patient experience, ensuring the lobby reflects the One Medical brand and serving as the first point of contact for patient feedback. The position works closely with the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, and in-office providers to keep daily operations running smoothly.
What You Will Do
- Welcome patients and create a friendly, supportive lobby experience
- Serve as the first point of contact for patient questions and feedback
- Assist the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, and other in-office providers as needed
- Identify ways to improve customer service and patient satisfaction
