About the job
The banking industry is undergoing a transformation, with customers now expecting every interaction to be seamless, personalized, and instantaneous.
We are in the process of developing a universal banking assistant that will empower millions of U. S. consumers to engage with all financial institutions and, over time, automate their financial objectives. Our innovative BankGPT platform is designed to replace outdated legacy systems within the financial sector and take ownership of the complete customer experience stack, presenting a potential $200 billion market opportunity and the capability to supplant several publicly traded companies.
Our ultimate goal is to enhance the financial well-being of millions of consumers.
With over two-thirds of Americans living paycheck to paycheck, 50% having less than $500 in savings, and only 17% possessing financial literacy, we are committed to automating financial wellness to address these challenges.
The Role
As we continue to innovate and expand within the U. S. market, we are on the lookout for a Senior HR Business Partner who has firsthand experience with growth from inception to scale. This is a high-trust, high-impact individual contributor role.
You will act as the primary People partner for U. S. business leaders, providing both strategic insight and operational expertise. You will navigate complex situations with maturity, uphold robust governance standards, and ensure that our people practices grow thoughtfully in alignment with business objectives.
Your influence will extend to senior stakeholders. You will manage sensitive issues independently and execute initiatives with clarity and discipline.

- Oversee employee relations matters across multiple states from start to finish.
- Conduct workplace investigations and propose sound, defensible actions.
- Provide clear guidance in high-stakes and sensitive situations.
- Enhance performance and talent processes as the organization expands.
