About the Position:

We are seeking a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to support our teams in the U. S. and play a crucial role in shaping HoneyBook’s culture and executing our people strategies. You will report directly to the Director of HRBP based in Tel Aviv.

Your role will involve partnering with senior leadership to implement impactful initiatives that empower teams, drive growth, and embody our core values. At HoneyBook, our commitment to People First is not merely an HR philosophy, it's a foundational principle that guides our leadership and growth. This role requires a hybrid work arrangement, with three days per week in our San Francisco office.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to align business objectives with effective people strategies that enhance team health and performance.
  • Organizational Change Leadership: Guide teams through organizational design, change management, and cultural transformation, ensuring clarity and smooth transitions.
  • Employee Relations Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor for employee concerns, supporting managers in navigating complex personnel matters with empathy and professionalism.
